80th Independence Day Celebrated with Patriotic Fervour at Study Hall School

Patriotism and Pride: Study Hall School Marks 80th Independence Day

The 80 th Independence Day of India was celebrated with much fanfare at Study Hall School. The entire school was decorated in the colours of the national flag.
The program began with the hoisting of the national flag by the Founder President of the school-Shri ML Goel followed by the national anthem.
The entire school body took the pledge to uphold the values enshrined in the constitution.
A  melodious rendition of the Patriotic song -’Tera Himalaya’ filled the atmosphere with patriotic fervour.
The Principal of the school-Mrs Bhavna Virendra spoke on the occasion and exhorted the students to be change makers and to understand their rights and duties well. She expressed faith in the students that they would bring the change they want to see in the world.
‘Vande Matram’ a presentation by the students of Prep captivated the audience with the little performers taking the stage by storm.
The upbeat and energetic recital of the Fighter Anthem enthralled one and all.
Next was a poetry recitation session in which students powerfully elocuted patriotic poems.
The Chairperson of the school- Mrs Suneli Goel congratulated everyone on the 80th Independence Day and highlighted the sacrifices made by  freedom fighters in making India a free nation.
The Head boy of the school- Anjaney Mishra spoke about the role of the youth in democracy.
An lively dance performance on a medley of patriotic songs was well received by the audience with a thunderous applause.
The celebration would be etched in memory for a long time to come.
