The 26th January Republic Day Celebration
The 26th January Republic Day celebration at Study Hall, Deva Road was conducted with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit. The programme began with the unfurling of the tricolour followed by the pledge.
The students sang the patriotic song “Saare Jahan Se Accha “ with great fervour. The school principal Mrs Bhavna Virendra spoke on the occasion and urged the students to understand their duties as citizens of the nation and render full devotion to the motherland.
The event showcased the talents of students across different classes while highlighting the values of unity, discipline, and harmony.
A thought provoking group dance by the Primary students, based on the theme of the Indian Constitution, beautifully expressing the importance of rights, duties, and equality was much appreciated by the audience.
This was followed by an innovative presentation by the Prep students, where they introduced their own rulebook, drawing a meaningful comparison with the Constitution. Through this presentation, the young learners conveyed how rules help us live peacefully, respectfully, and responsibly in society.
The programme continued with a thought-provoking speech by Khalid , a grade 6 student who spoke about the significance of Republic Day and the pride of being an Indian citizen. Adding charm to the event, the KG students presented a delightful poem recitation, spreading patriotic feelings through their innocent expressions.
The celebration concluded on a joyful note with a lively group dance by the Nursery students, which filled the atmosphere with smiles and cheer. The event was a memorable one and truly reflected the spirit and values of Republic Day.
